Champagne Henriot at Hide
Hide & Hedonism welcome Champagne Henriot Hide & Hedonism Wines are delighted to welcome Henriot’s multi award winning Chef de Cave, Laurent Fresnet, to host an unmissable dinner for champagne connoisseurs. Henriot has been renowned as one of the finest producers of Chardonnay dominant Champagnes since 1808 when Apolline, the widow of Nicolas Henriot, founded the House and spread its reputation to the grandest royal courts of Europe.
Henriot incorporates an exceptionally high proportion of Premiers and Grand Crus within its cuvées, and guests will enjoy some of the best available from a broad spectrum of vintages. The 1996 Cuvée Enchanteleurs, 2005 Cuvée Hemera & 2008 Rose will be served with dinner, following a reception of the exceptional Blanc de Blancs NV base 2008, served by jeroboam to perfectly showcase the 100% Chardonnay style signature to the house of Henriot.
Ollie Dabbous has again created a bespoke menu of Michelin-starred dishes to match these extraordinary champagnes. Delicious canapés with be followed by beef tartare with alliums & tarragon, glazed eel with cucumber & prickly ash followed by roast Limousin veal & summer vegetables; with each elegant dish complementing the delicate flavours of the champagne, as well as the best seasonal produce available as we finally move into summer. Hide’s signature Baked Alaska will finish the evening alongside Henriot Demi-Sec NV.
Monday 24th June
The evening will be held in the intimate setting of the Hide & Seek room and places are strictly limited to 18. Tickets are £295 per person and can be purchased by clicking here.
