We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join the team at HIDE Ground.

Salary £38,000 - £45,000 for the right candidate

HIDE restaurants were awarded a Michelin* within their first year & Executive Chef Ollie Dabbous & Ground Head Chef Josh Angus continue to develop the food offering. Ground serves relaxed all day dining from Breakfast through to Dinner using the best organic produce from growers, farmers & fisherman across the UK. This position requires an individual who will become a key part of the Management Team; you must have relevant Michelin starred experience at a senior level in similar establishments.

This is an ideal opportunity for an accomplished sous chef looking to join a high-volume restaurant with experience of 10 years minimum. We are looking for someone with at least 4 years senior experience in a Michelin or 5* hotel kitchen. This position is hands on & our new sous chef will be responsible for all aspects of the role including training our junior employees to the highest culinary standard. We are looking for a truly passionate professional with the relevant experience who will ensure total focus & attention to detail.

  • Deputizing in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Ensuring the brigade works to the highest culinary standard
